Fire Pump System

A control solution for complex Fire pump systems powered by either electric motor or diesel mechanical and electronic engine. Meeting worldwide standards NFPA-20, AS2941:2013 or VdS 2100-22.

Situation

Fire extinguisher systems use pumps with electric motors and with combustion engines for redundancy. The complete system meets defined technical requirements for firefighting in all circumstances.

ComAp Solution

InteliDrive Lite FPC controllers are designed for fire systems, meeting requirements defined by standard NFPA20 (Standard for the Installation of Stationary Pumps for Fire Protection).

Fire Pump System
  1. Fire pump system is driven by combustion engine or by electric motor with combustion engine. Function of the controller is based on NFPA 20 standard.
  2. InteliDrive Lite FPC is able to make complete control, monitoring and protection of engine in manual
    mode and control and monitoring in automatic mode.
  3. InteliDrive Lite EM is able to make complete control, monitoring and protection of motor and control
    and monitoring in automatic mode.
  4. Depend on the smoke sensor or on the sprinkler system pressure is started combustion engine or electric motor. The controller allows regulary testing of system.
  5. Firmware version of InteliDrive Lite FPC enables to control complete system with diesel, electric and jockey pump in one.
  6. Possibility of central supervision via remote control
  7. Support AirGate, WebSupervisor, Webserver, ECU etc.
